Youth Villages’ Transitional Living program addresses critical needs of some of the most vulnerable young people in the Boston area—those who leave the foster care system because they have "aged out" at 18 years old without family and other supports to rely on.

Youth Villages works with these young adults to secure stable housing, continue their education, find and keep employment, and avoid involvement with the criminal justice system. They also help youth develop permanent relationships with positive adults who can support them in the future.

With Youth Villages’ intensive help, these youth are making significant progress compared to their peers nationally.
